Ladrelis provides service to help customers in Singapore to purchase and ship from overseas.
References in these Terms and Conditions to "we" and "us" are to Ladrelis.
Strictly no payment = NO ORDER.
Payment must be made before we proceed to purchase for your products.
Payment made after the spree closed will be brought forward to the next spree.
All orders will be processed on the closing date (every tuesday).
Each spree estimated arriving time is within 3 weeks, unless there is unforseen circumstances of delay.
(i.e. natural disaster, restocking from sellers, public holidays, etc.)
No cancellation and amendments to orders after you have made payment for your order.
A full refund will be made for Out of Stock (OOS) item(s).
We reserve the rights to reject orders, any subject changes or any unforeseen cases.
Products
We will not be responsible on any side effect when you apply to the product.
We will not be responsible on any electronics faulty.
We will not be responsible on any branded goods purchased turns out to be replica.
We will not be responsible for any fragile items that is broken or defects during the shipping process, but we ensure you of proper packaging before mailing.
Sensitive items are likely to be inspected and might get confiscated by custom in China or Singapore.
We will not compensate goods that are being confiscated by custom in China or in Singapore.
Therefore, all sensitive are to be purchased items at your own risk.
Sensitive items includes:
Cosmetics
Liquid (no more than 150ml)
All Electronics
Fragile products
Branded Goods (if applicable)
ETC (if applicable)
We are not responsible for any small defects AFTER you have collected and checked your items.
We will not be liable for any packages lost in transition or any items defects/damage during the mailing process.
- We will be responsible for any wrong size/wrong colour ordered, therefore will do an exchange if there is stock from the seller.
If there is a need to exchange your item from China, you will bear the shipping fees to China from Singapore.
Local Registered Mail is highly recommended to prevent loss of mail in Singapore.
Home Delivery to doorstep is also recommended for bulky items.
We reserve the rights to dispose your unclaimed parcel one month after it arrives in Singapore without any notification.
